Employment and unemployment it is one of the disputed topics among Sufisms. In the Qur'an, Hadiths (the statements of the Prophet) and Prophet's life, accupation is emphasized. According to the tradition of the Prophet of Islam, some mystics have emphasized on accupation and others have emphasized on leaving it. Since the Mystics have different views and opinions about Employment and unemployment it, in such a way that some prefer accupation it and some prefer abandoning it, this article aims to analyze the Employment and unemployment in Mystic Texts as much as possible. To answer this question, what is the Mood And Rank of the disciple in the discussion of accupation and jubless it? The research method in this speech is documentary-library and descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research indicate that the seeker (disciple) and the mystic, according to the requirements of the Mood And Rank they are in, were interested occupation and abandoning it, and the difference of opinion regarding the emphasis on Employment and unemployment it in , Mystical books arose from this issue and getting job and trust in God is one of the requirements of the state of Sokr and the Fatality.
